Disclaimer

This page describes the terms under which Native Org publishes content and offers services. Where the privacy policy is about your data, this one is about expectations: what the site is, what it isn't, and what we can and cannot be held to. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@nativeorg.com.
No professional advice
The articles, frameworks, examples, and other content on this site are general educational material. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should not act on what you read here without consulting a qualified advisor about your specific situation.
No engagement
Reading this site, subscribing to our newsletter, or sending us an email does not create a consulting, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. A working engagement begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, and fees.
Outcomes are illustrative
When we describe results such as "a 10-person team operating like a 25-person team," we mean an order-of-magnitude effect we have seen in practice — not a guarantee. AI agent deployments depend on your workflows, data, team, tools, and execution. Any case study or example on this site is illustrative rather than predictive, and outcomes vary.
No warranties
The site and its contents are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Third-party tools and links
We link to and rely on third-party services (for example, Calendly for booking and Cloudflare for hosting). Those services operate under their own terms and policies, which we cannot modify or warrant. Following an outbound link takes you outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Native Org LLC — together with its principals, employees, and contractors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any content on it.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Updates
We update this page when our practices or relationships change. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. The current page is the canonical source.
