Yuri Broze, Founder
Yuri Broze founded Native Org in 2026 after fifteen-plus years building data and engineering organizations for venture-backed companies at scale. Native Org operates as Native Org LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
At Wayfair, he led the team ingesting and serving product catalog data internationally — the data foundation behind storefronts and marketing operating at retail scale. Earlier roles include VP Engineering at Birchbox, where he drove cloud migration, conversion optimization, and an Operations Research-driven personalization engine that powered the subscription business; VP Engineering at Noteable, building Jupyter-as-a-Service for working data teams; and core algorithm and data engineering work at TodayTix and Nomi, where the systems served millions of mobile ticket purchases and brick-and-mortar visitor analytics respectively.
His academic background is unconventional and broad — a Ph.D. in Music Theory and an M.S. in Statistics from Ohio State University, with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina. The through-line is the same one that runs through his consulting work: rigorous, cross-disciplinary thinking applied to real problems.
After fifteen years helping companies operate more intelligently with data, Yuri founded Native Org because AI agents are the next step — and they're now accessible to founder-led firms that don't have venture-scale budgets. The thesis is simple: the same operational discipline that scales a venture-backed company can be brought to a fifteen-person firm, at a price that makes sense for that scale.
